We’re building new processes, capability and ways-of-working across a multi-billion pound retail business to help unlock the meaningful impact presence across our web and store footprint can have for our suppliers and adjacent brands, while leveraging our enviable customer data to help inform their marketing investment. Our Retail Media Operations Executives are the beating heart of the delivery of high-value campaigns for our suppliers. You’ll support the deployment of vendor campaigns across a variety of different media channels, be close to the detail and highly organised, with broad and deep knowledge of various teams’ requirements when it comes to campaign deployments. You’ll be adept at pivoting plans quickly, and able to work through changes in plan seamlessly, plus you’ll have a thirst for knowledge and understanding and a keenness to help support us build an ad business here at Screwfix.

Responsibilities
9. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that all secured marketing briefs are processed on time for the wider stakeholder matrix to deliver required deliverables
10. Liaise with numerous stakeholders across the business to ensure that all processes and approval flows are mapped and met when deploying media
11. Own future looking plans for media execution from a creative perspective, ensuring that deadlines are met and key stakeholders are engaged/prompted
12. Be proactive in looking for ways to improve processes, be that briefing, delivery or evaluation
13. Support the launch on new on-site media opportunities and be self-motivated to learn new platforms to help deliver these
14. Work closely with our Analytics team to produce detailed PCA’s on time for vendors to understand their investment returns
15. Support the function by identifying challenges in process and pushing for automated/templated solutions to fix these
16. Understand the importance and urgency of multiple requests to ensure the function delivers to its’ customers
17. Supporting the team in raising funding agreements for our media bookings via the Vistex platform
18. Keen to learn new systems & platforms such as CitrusAd
Qualifications
19. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage changing priorities
20. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple vendor and stakeholder demands with strong attention to detail
21. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a cross-functional environment
22. Confident using Excel, with experience documenting processes and managing campaign information
23. Proactive and improvement-focused, with the ability to bring ideas and learn new systems and platforms quickly
24. Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing capabilities (desirable)
25. Solid understanding of Bloomreach deployments within a web environment (desirable)
