Simmons Adaptive is the flexible resourcing team for leading international law firm, Simmons & Simmons.
Main purpose of the role
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from transactional banking lawyers who are keen to support the Banking practice group at Simmons & Simmons.
This is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the London office) transactional role for 6-12 months.
The consultant will be covering a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.
Person specification
* You are a qualified lawyer with transactional banking experience from a leading private practice.
* You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
* You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
* You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
