Materials Systems Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a Materials Systems Analyst to support spare parts operations by ensuring ERP system integrity, analysing data, and improving operational efficiency. This role combines systems administration, data analysis, and user support across a European supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain ERP system integrity through data alignment and enforcement of processing rules
* Monitor ERP transactions and EDI networks, identifying and resolving errors
* Analyse data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain automated controls and scheduled data processes
* Produce and manage accurate reports for operational and management teams
* Support order processing, logistics, and planning teams with data and insights
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and global projects
* Collaborate with international stakeholders, including Global InfoSec where required
Skills and Experience
1. Degree in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BaaN or similar)
3. Strong Excel skills and overall proficiency in Microsoft Office
