Recruitment Manager – Multi‑disciplinary talent acquisition manager (All business services)

Key responsibilities
Following comprehensive training, you will manage a caseload of approximately 300 remortgage applications on an ongoing basis, from instruction through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient and high‑quality service throughout.
* Carry out a title investigation and any searches required on the property or borrower.
* Carry out identification checks.
* Obtain a redemption statement for every charge affecting the property.
* Check the mortgage offer with a high degree of accuracy and chase any outstanding documentation required to proceed to completion.
* Liaise with all parties to set a suitable date for completion in accordance with the client and borrower requirements.
* Communicate with clients and borrowers via phone and email in a professional manner providing quality customer service.
* Keep all parties in the transaction up to date at all times such as client, introducer, borrower or broker.
* Ensure the case management system is used to process all relevant aspects of the transaction.
* Undertake any reasonable request from a Partner, Unit Head or other appropriate Manager from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
* Enthusiastic about learning and developing caseworker skills in the remortgage sector.
* Strong commitment to client care and to providing a friendly and helpful service.
* Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of duties to a high standard.
* Capable of working autonomously and managing your caseload within daily, weekly and monthly task structures.
* Comfortable adapting to change and helping the team / other teams where required.
* Careful and methodical approach to work, ensuring processes and procedures are followed accurately.
* Prior experience of remortgage processes is advantageous but not essential.
* Confident working in an environment with clear targets and strict deadlines / SLAs.
* Thriving in a supportive, positive team environment.
* Strong communication skills on the phone and via email, including excellent written standards.
