We are looking for an experienced person to join our busy team at Knightsbridge Garage.
This is a full time, customer facing role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilites - act as the main point of contact through the service process. Provide clean, professional advice and updates. Manage bookings, job progress and handovers. Carry out invoice and general admin tasks. Liaise closely with the workshop technicians. Organise loan cars. Handle customer queries. Taking payments and day to day banking reconciliations. Update online service records. Order parts.
About you - Previous motor trade experience is essential. Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident, professional and customer focused. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Have a full UK driving licence.
