The Role We’re looking for a Vendor Manager to join Depop on a 12 month fixed-term contract and support the day-to-day management of our external suppliers and related financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in vendor management, finance, procurement, or business operations, and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Working as part of the vendor management team, you’ll help keep vendor processes running smoothly across areas such as supplier coordination, purchase orders, invoice tracking, contract administration, and compliance support. You’ll collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Insights and CX to help ensure Depop’s supplier operations are organised, efficient, and well managed. This role sits within the COO Org and reports directly to the Lead Vendor Manager What you’ll do Support the day-to-day coordination of vendors and third-party suppliers used across Depop Help maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, key dates, and commercial documentation Raise purchase orders and support invoice processing in partnership with Finance Track spend and budgets across Product & Engineering, helping to flag discrepancies or issues Assist with resolving vendor, invoice, or procurement-related queries with relevant internal teams Maintain and update supplier trackers, contract calendars, and outsourcing records Support vendor due diligence and compliance processes, including gathering documentation and following up on approvals Help coordinate contractor and outsourcer onboarding and offboarding with Talent, People, and IT Support Work with stakeholders across the business to keep supplier-related activity moving and ensure clear visibility of status, actions, and timelines Escalate risks, blockers, or gaps to the Senior Vendor Manager where appropriate What we’re looking for You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once You’re confident working with numbers and data, and have a good level of spreadsheet literacy You’re a clear and thoughtful communicator who enjoys working with different teams You’re proactive, reliable, and happy to take ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities You’re comfortable learning new systems and processes in a fast-moving environment You approach work collaboratively and enjoy building positive working relationships You’re curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow your skills and career Nice to have Some experience in an operations, finance, procurement, vendor management, or administrative support role Exposure to purchase orders, invoice processes, contract administration, or supplier coordination Experience working in a fast-paced tech, marketplace, retail, or scale-up environment Familiarity with compliance, due diligence, or supplier governance processes Additional Information Health Mental Wellbeing PMI and cash plan healthcare access with Bupa Subsidised counselling and coaching with Self Space Cycle to Work scheme with options from Evans or the Green Commute Initiative Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for 24/7 confidential support Mental Health First Aiders across the business for support and signposting Work/Life Balance: 25 days annual leave with option to carry over up to 5 days 1 company-wide day off per quarter Flexible Working: MyMode hybrid-working model with Flex, Office Based, and Remote options *role dependant All offices are dog-friendly Ability to work abroad for 4 weeks per year in UK tax treaty countries Family Life: 18 weeks of paid parental leave for full-time regular employees IVF leave, shared parental leave, and paid emergency parent/carer leave Learn Grow: Development discussions to support continuous learning and professional growth.
