We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Hillingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with proven primary school experience who is ready to make an impact from day one. The position is available for an immediate start on a full-time, temporary or permanent basis, depending on the successful candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons

* Work with children to reinforce learning, offering additional support to those who need it
* Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
* Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their full participation in all activities
Requirements:
* Holds proven experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting
* Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and classroom practices
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of children
* Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team
* Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
