Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Services Administrator to provide administrative and paralegal support within their Legal Services department.
This varied role offers the opportunity to work closely with legal professionals, supporting the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, case files and general departmental administration. You will also provide occasional cover for the Council's Correspondence Unit as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative, secretarial and personal assistant support to the Legal Services team.
* Prepare and format legal documents, reports, correspondence and meeting papers.
* Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
* Assist with paralegal and case administration activities.
* Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
* Provide ad hoc support to the Council's Correspondence Unit during periods of absence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Legal grad, looking for some work experience.
