Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems. Act as a key point of contact for SHEQ‑related queries, supporting internal teams and customers on safety, quality, and environmental matters. Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Assist with the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near‑misses. Support the delivery of SHEQ training, site inductions, and toolbox talks. Monitor environmental controls, including waste management processes. Support the management of customer complaints, non‑conformities, and corrective actions. Support supplier-related concerns, non‑conformities, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate SHEQ records and compliance documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and environmental performance. About You Experience in a SHEQ / QHSE / HSEQ Engineer or Advisor role. Working knowledge of ISO standards and UK SHEQ legislation. Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem‑solving approach. Confident working with site teams and supervisors. Willingness to travel as part of a multi‑site role. Desirable NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent health and safety qualification). Auditor training, such as Internal or Lead Auditor (ISO 45001, 14001, and/or 9001).
