Job Description
We are recruiting for a Director of Property Services for a busy local authority on a initial 4 month contract.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the restructuring of the repair & maintenance service and Asset Strategy.
You will require experience in providing high level advice on building and land ownership, organisational performance management and monitoring, housing development opportunities, managing budgets and leading property services.
It is a hands-on role and the expectation will be to be onsite three days a week, with an option to work remote for one/two.
Ideal day rate is £680 per day via umbrella company however happy to discuss desired day rates.
