Temporary Sales Administrator \n\nWe’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis (3–4 months). This role will support the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities of this Sales Administrator role:\n\nProcess orders accurately within the ERP system (SAP).\nProvide order confirmations to customers.\nRaise deliveries and delivery notes.\nLiaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.\nHandle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.Skills required for this Sales Administrator role:\n\nPrevious experience working in a sales office environment.\nConfident in using SAP (essential).\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Details of this Sales Administrator role:\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm\nContract: Temporary, 3–4 months, could become permanent for the right person\nLocation: Newcastle-under-Lyme\n\nHourly rate of pay: £18.00ph\n\nPlease note: Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted.
