The Role
Due to growth, we are looking for an ambitious and professional Customer Service (In-Life) Apprentice to join our vibrant team at Praetura Asset Finance, working in the Blackburn office. This role will mainly involve business administration duties. You'll get the opportunity to develop a varied skillset and work with lots of different people daily, such as co-workers and clients, with excellent support provided.
The duration of the apprenticeship programme is 24 months with the possibility of a permanent position with Praetura upon completion.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience whilst gaining a Business Administration Level 3 qualification with our apprenticeship partner.
We have supported several apprentices throughout their career at Praetura, many of which have continued to develop their career and flourish within the Praetura Group. You will be working alongside an experienced team who will be on hand to support you, as well as working with other apprentices.
The duties include but are not limited to:
* Accurate document production
* Preparation of settlements
* Preparation of reschedules
* Supporting customers with novation's
* Support Underwriters & Broker Development Managers
* Customer Service
* Maintain and provide high level administration support
* Maintain up to date computer records of Finance Agreements
* Preparation of documentation for offsite storage
* Ensure that administration is in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
* Ensure all business is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
Training to be provided
* BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF.
* (Functional Skills, Level 2 – Maths, English – if not already achieved).
* Employer Rights and Responsibilities.
