Are you a qualified social worker of AMHP with experience in recovery teams and care acts assessments and mental health support? We have a great opportunity with Plymouth Council on the out of hours Emergency Duty Team! The successful candidate will be a part of a multi-agency team to support vulnerable children and adults in Mental Health Crises.
This role is advertised at £48 p/h
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Working within an integrated Health and Social Care model
2. Working under the CPA framework
3. Coordinating and implementing support that promotes independence
4. Hybrid working model - Home, office and community based
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
5. Social Work qualification
6. Social Work England registration
7. Post-qualification work experience is essential
