Operating at the intersection of logistics, technology, and the fine art world, the company is redefining how complex shipments are managed through digital innovation and operational excellence.The Role:Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Freight Coordinator to manage international air freight and courier shipments from the UK, with a focus on export operations. This is a key role within the logistics team, ensuring that goods are moved efficiently, compliantly, and on timewith a strong focus on high-value merchandise.Key Responsibilities:Handle export (90%) and import (10%) shipments via courier and air cargoPrepare and manage UK customs declarations (free circulation, bonded, and temporary admissions)Liaise with international agents and logistics partnersMonitor and report on shipments via internal tools and shared platformsResolve freight issues and ensure smooth end-to-end deliveryCollaborate with warehouse and customer teams to ensure operational excellenceDrive improvements in freight and customs processesKey requirements2+ years of experience managing air cargo and courier shipments (e.g., DHL, FedEx)Strong knowledge of UK export customs proceduresExcellent communication skills in EnglishComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience in art logistics or working in a startupWhats on OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environmentExposure to high-value, niche logistics operationsCollaborative team and room for professional growthTPBN1_UKTJ
