Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, potential requirement to work shifts to support business needs
Location: Bristol, mostly on-site
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Rolls Royce Aerospace business in Bristol. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Original Equipment (OE), or Development team for Assembly Operations.

Team and Responsibilities
The Aerospace Assembly Team handles development and assembly of new and overhaul of service-ready Defence and Civil aero engines. Based within the assembly facility, the team works closely with physical products and is responsible for delivery to customers.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide technical support to operations, develop and improve manufacturing processes, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
* Safety: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with HS&E standards, investigate and resolve safety issues.
* Quality: Promote a zero-defects culture, ensure compliance with policies and standards.
* Delivery: Collaborate with teams to ensure effective processes and systems support operational needs.
* Capability: Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes, analyze data, and share best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Engineer (e.g., UK HND/foundation degree or equivalent)
* Recognition such as UK IEng or CEng (preferred)
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
* Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes relevant to the role
