Accounts Assistant:
PSR Solutions is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant for an installation contractor based in Cadnam, Hampshire.
This is a full-time role but specific hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
Working Hours: 37.5hrs
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Experience Required: We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller with experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
Chasing Customers: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Allocating Cash: Accurately apply payments received to customer accounts.
Ad Hoc Duties: Handle any other credit control-related tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the credit control team, reporting directly to the office manager.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Solid Team Working Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-Disciplined and Efficient: Able to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office: Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and general office software.
Knowledge of Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software packages, such as Microsoft Business Dynamics.Previous experience within an accounts department is required.
