Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned lessons and support learning across different subjects.
Work with small groups or individual students to enhance progress.
Support teachers in assessing and tracking student development.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Cover lessons in the teachers absence.
Requirements: HLTA qualification or relevant degree that allows you to work as a HLTA.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to lead lessons confidently.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
