We are excited to be opening our new state of the art dental practice near Glasgow's Westend and are now ready to take on. Situated conveniently in the Tesco Extra store we have ample parking available for staff and patients. We are seeking motivated, dedicated and professional nursing staff and front of house reception staff to join our growing team of dentists and therapists. Positions available can be full time, part time and due to the high footfall AM and PM positions can be considered as well as weekend staff applications. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our dental practice. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Dental Receptionist staff will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks effectively. Dental nurses will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the advanced dentistry that will also be carried out from Dental Implants, Invisalign to Smile Makeovers/Composite Bonding.
We are seeking trainees and qualified Dental Nursing staff to join us in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. We are an independently owned mixed NHS/Private dental practice that will be providing all aspects of routine dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry and dental implants to our patients. We require qualified dental nurse who is hard working, reliable, keen to be learn and be involved in providing excellent care, in a supportive and positive environment. Our focus is to have a friendly environment for all staff and patients and make it an enjoyable place to work.
Pay and Hours can be discussed at interview stage, dependent on experience and availability.
Duties
* Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.
* Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding dental services.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
* Assist with basic IT tasks related to Dentally practice management software.
* Support nursing staff as needed during patient visits.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience in patient care or a background in dental nursing is advantageous.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly with dental practice management software.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
