What we are looking for:
1. Previous experience as a Night Manager or Supervisor in a hotel is essential
2. Manage and supervise all activities during the overnight shift
3. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
4. Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests
5. You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations
6. Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel, and assisting them when necessary
7. Ensure all legal, health and safety standards are adhered to
8. Duty Management shifts as required
