Anticipate project risks and communicate issues with practical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to shared knowledge and resources. What Experience is Required Proven experience developing with C#, .NET (Core and/or Framework), and SQL. Strong frontend skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated tools.
