Project Turnaround Manager (6 month FTC)
As our Operations Manager, you will drive performance, quality, and innovation across a portfolio of services, ensuring exceptional care for adults in need of support. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a team of Registered Managers, enhance service outcomes, and help shape regional and divisional strategy.
Home-Based / London-Based | £40,000 -£45k + £3,000 Car Allowance Fixed Term Contract 6 Months
Requirements of Operations Manager (Project Turnaround Manager)
* Proven success in multi-site operations management within regulated health or social care
* A track record of driving quality improvement and meeting KPIs
* Strong financial acumen & understanding of budget controls
* Skilled in leadership, coaching, and people development
* Confident managing safeguarding, compliance, and risk
* Able to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and families
* Agile, solutions-focused, and passionate about person-centred care
* You will have managed and supervised for minimum 2 years in a similar setting.
* Knowledgeable of CQC rules regulations and standards
* Can evidence previous inspections
Qualifications Operations Manager (Project Turnaround Manager)
* You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification
