Overview
Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems role. This is a home-based field service position that will involve working ten hour days on a 4 day on, 4 day off rotation.
Overall Earnings up to £60,000 including overtime. Basic salary £40,000 to £46,000. Benefits include a company car/van, pension, 25 days holiday plus 8 public holidays, tablet and smartphone, fuel card, life assurance, private medical insurance. This role may include overtime and commission where applicable.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, service and breakdown repair of medical systems
* After training, provide after-sales technical and commercial support
* Within the healthcare market, deliver the highest level of customer service, complete risk assessments and required documentation
Your Background
* NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC or higher in an Electrical or Electronics qualification
* Experience as a service engineer or technical support engineer on electromechanical or electronics systems
* UK driving licence required
* Experience in sectors such as medical systems, laboratory equipment, biomedical equipment, water purification, pharmaceutical devices, ex-forces engineering, electro-mechanical field service, water treatment equipment or electronics service is welcome
