We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Maidstone who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business while delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online processing of new business applications for retail clients across Pensions, Investments and Protection in a timely and compliant manner
2. Liaising with a wide range of product providers and platforms
3. Ongoing servicing and maintenance of existing client portfolios
4. Producing illustrations and comparison quotations, including collating supporting literature and pre-populating applications
5. Processing Letters of Authority
6. Updating client portfolios for annual reviews and preparing review packs and reports
7. Managing adviser diaries, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments
8. Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
9. Occasionally meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
About You
10. Recent experience working as an IFA / Financial Planning Administrator is essential
11. Professional, articulate and well-presented
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
13. Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and accuracy skills
14. Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication
15. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
16. Competent in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
