Miller Grace Recruitment is working with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their team.

You will join a well-established and highly ranked Land & Property Dispute Resolution team, recognised in the Legal 500.
The team acts for a diverse client base and the work is varied, covering matters such as:
* Landlord & tenant disputes
* Real property disputes
* Property contract disputes
* Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

Skills & Experience Required
* 4+ years’ PQE (ideal, but flexible for the right candidate)
* Strong commercial property litigation experience
* Experience across landlord & tenant, real property and contractual disputes
* Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
