Our client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Graduate Engineer to join their team based in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about engineering and wants to gain real, practical experience across a high-tech manufacturing environment. This is not a desk based role, you will be actively involved across the production floor, working on real products from design through to final dispatch, with clear progression opportunities into Production Management or Senior Engineering roles.
