Role Description
Do you enjoy working in a team and building relationships? Do you have a curious mind? If so, you might be a good fit for the Bank Account Management team.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in managing the setup, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts, resolving complex queries, and providing technical support across various teams. This role provides high visibility and collaboration with internal stakeholders, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities Include
* Opening, closing, maintaining, migrating, and reviewing dormant bank accounts
* Supporting operational setup and maintenance of bank accounts
* Supporting attestation and certification processes
* Challenging existing processes and proposing workflow improvements
* Building relationships with key stakeholders to enhance processes
* Managing the bank account management inbox
* Handling bank account-related queries
* Supporting the implementation of standardized operating models
* Ensuring compliance with bank account policies
* Resolving exceptions and escalating issues as needed

* Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and leading meetings
