As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House at The Wellington Hospital. Your role involves providing a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, ensuring high-quality customer care for both internal and external clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.
Responsibilities include:
* Training and shadowing new receptionists
* Uniform checks and ordering
* Organizing and coordinating requests within the Front of House scope
* Printing security passes on site
* Conducting H&S audits, managing cardiac bleep, emergency radio, lift telephone, and other audits
* Logging requests and monitoring the Teletracking portal to ensure all duties are completed
* Arranging courier services and other transport needs
* Coordinating patient transfers with the shuttle service
* Ordering stationery
* Collaborating with supervisors and providing feedback on patient experience
* Covering breaks across North/South/PMC
* Deputizing for the FoH Supervisor
Qualifications and skills:
* Good general education
* Previous reception experience, ideally in healthcare
* Ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
* A friendly, can-do attitude
