What You’ll Do As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our outlets, leading by example to ensure exceptional standards, smooth operations, and memorable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include: • Stock Management: Maintaining accurate stock control, including ordering, stock rotation, and inventory checks in line with company procedures. • Performance Delivery: Driving performance against agreed targets, using initiative, creativity, and available resources to maximise results. • Health & Safety Compliance: Implementing and monitoring all health and safety policies, ensuring full compliance across operations. • Guest Experience Excellence: Delivering consistently high standards of customer service, placing the guest experience at the heart of everything you do. • Team Training & Development: Training, coaching, and supporting team members to build strong product knowledge, service skills, and engagement. • Cash Handling & Financial Control: Overseeing tills, transactions, and end-of-day cashing up, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive leader who: • Has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, leisure, or a similar environment. • Demonstrates strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams. • Has excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high operational standards. • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Can prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure. • Is flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
