Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
* Support administrative tasks as needed.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
