Role Purpose
Morson are seeking a proactive and highly organised Credit Control professional to provide operational, analytical, and project support to the Head of Credit Control. This hands-on role will ensure that strategy is translated into action, supporting the team in delivering efficient credit control operations and high-quality reporting.
The role is ideal for someone with experience in credit control or finance within a high-volume environment who enjoys working across projects, operational reporting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
1. Act as primary support to the Head of Credit Control, managing priorities, follow-ups, and actions.
2. Prepare management information, reports, and presentations.
3. Assist in resolving complex accounts, disputes, and high-risk debt.
4. Ensure continuity of service and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
5. Support credit control projects including process improvements, system implementations, and policy updates.
6. Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
