As Senior Sales Development & Commercialisation Manager, you’ll champion the expansion of our service portfolio, identify new market opportunities, and lead the commercialisation of cutting-edge products. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams, R&D, and regional sales to shape strategy, own the business plan, and ensure our offerings meet evolving customer needs. Every day, you’ll engage with customers, drive decarbonization and digitalization initiatives, and play a key part in Siemens Energy’s mission to transform the energy landscape. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, creating long-term roadmaps to boost sales and drive growth.
2. You will lead the commercialisation of new products, including Decarb, Digi, and Standard Service Business, tracking ROI and maximizing profitability.
3. You will facilitate co-creation sessions with customers to uncover pain points, generate innovative ideas, and provide market feedback.
4. You will coordinate with internal teams to standardize processes, develop value proposition tools, and ensure successful product launches.
5. You will represent Siemens Energy at major industry events, delivering presentations and showcasing our service product innovations.
What You Bring
6. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD) is a plus.
7. You bring several (5+) years of sales, technical, marketing, or business development experience in the gas turbine industry, with a proven track record.
8. You possess advanced knowledge of service and GT products, strong commercial skills, and proficiency with SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. You are a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead collaboratively and drive results.
10. You are willing to travel 15-20% of the time to connect with customers, partners, and regional teams.
