As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Kuehl - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
* Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
* Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
* Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
