Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a Founders Associate to support the CEO and Co-Founders across the business, working across fundraising, commercial strategy, hiring, and operations.
Reporting to the CTO and working closely with all levels of the business, this role will be responsible for:-
* Operational Support: Setting up internal processes, managing workflows, and solving bottlenecks.
* Special Projects: Running initiatives that don't fit into a specific department, such as launching a new market, organising company events, or helping with hiring.
* Business Development & Sales: Conducting market research, managing CRM systems, and supporting outreach to potential clients.
* Investor Relations & Fundraising: Researching investors, creating pitch decks, and preparing board meeting materials.
* Executive Assistance: In some cases, managing the founder's calendar or inbox, though the role is generally more strategic than a pure Executive Assistant.
