We seek a talented Account Manager to be a key player in shaping our future, acting as the strategic voice between Convergence and major UK private and public sector organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Own the Portfolio: Manage a strategic customer base, driving growth and retention while delivering exceptional value.
2. Advise with Authority: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through WAN, LAN, WiFi, and Network Security solutions.
3. Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and increase revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
4. Build True Partnerships: Strengthen relationships and ensure solutions align with customer goals.
Your Role:
1. Own and Grow: Take responsibility for your customer portfolio, focusing on retention, profitability, and growth.
2. Be a Strategic Partner: Build relationships with senior stakeholders, guide strategies, and deliver solutions across networking domains.
3. Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline to close, using models like SCOTSMAN.
4. Plan and Perform: Develop Account Development Plans with KPIs and maintain engagement through visits and strategic sessions.
5. Deliver Seamlessly: Collaborate with teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 3+ years of success in Managed LAN/WAN solution sales.
2. Experience with recurring revenue models in ISP or IT Managed Services.
3. Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Extreme, or similar vendors, and Network Security tools.
4. Ability to engage at multiple levels, from engineers to executives.
5. Proven wins in networking sales, including major bid negotiations.
6. Commercial mindset with outcome-based selling experience.
7. Comfort in shaping deals and leading C-Level discussions.
