Job Title: Director of Business Development
Location: London (Full Time In Office)
A leading creative production company is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Director to lead its new business efforts and drive strategic growth. Specialising in content that commands attention across digital, social, and broadcast platforms, the company partners with bold brands to produce work that reaches global audiences.
This is a senior-level role ideal for someone with strong industry connections, a creative mindset, and a track record of building lasting client relationships. You will shape the new business strategy, lead high-impact pitches, and represent the agency across industry touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full business development lifecycle - from prospecting to closing -supported by an experienced creative and production team.
* Develop and implement strategic outreach plans, identifying high-value opportunities across target sectors.
* Build strong, enduring relationships with brand and agency partners.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling, insight-driven proposals and pitch materials.
* Represent the company at key industry events, driving visibility and positioning the agency for future opportunities.
* Analyse market trends, monitor pipeline performance, and contribute to forecasting and business planning.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure ongoing reporting to senior leadership.
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior business development role within a creative, media, or digital production environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the content, marketing, and digital industries.
* A confident communicator with a natural ability to open doors, win trust, and influence decision-makers.
* Demonstrated success in winning significant projects with leading brands or agencies.
* Highly self-motivated and strategic, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
* Comfortable using CRM and business development tools to manage pipelines and track performance
