About the role
You will be tasked with exceeding customer expectations while working across various store areas. Daily tasks may include stocking shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. The role offers diverse opportunities, all centered on providing quick, efficient service to customers.
We seek someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness in preparation for delivery.
* Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite interaction with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
