Location: Cleethorpes, DN35 8AY
Shifts Available:
* 6:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Availability: Monday to Friday and weekends (flexibility required)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Train / Train Station Cleaner to join their team in Cleethorpes (DN35 8AY). This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards across trains and station areas while providing a positive experience for passengers. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Cleaning train carriages and station areas to a high standard.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising floors and surfaces.
Cleaning toilets and replenishing hygiene supplies where required.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.
Wiping down seats, handrails, tables, and high-touch surfaces.
Ensuring platforms, waiting areas, and communal spaces remain clean and presentable.
Reporting any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements for the role:
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Good customer service skills as you may interact with passengers.
Reliable and punctual.
Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
