Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking an IT Solution Manager to join us in London.
What awaits you?
-Manage business applications and plan out the applications as needed for business operations and supervise the installation and daily maintenance of the applications.
-The responsibilities of the application manager include identifying the best applications for business needs.
-Responsible for managing, implementing, and developing the company's business application which focuses on Marketing & Sales and other applications, including but not limited to e-commerce, App, POS, Website, CRM, BI.
-Analyzing business operations and business's systems and determining which business applications could improve efficiency.
-Making recommendations on the business applications to fulfill the business demands.
-Manage IT application related projects, work closely with different outsource IT vendors and internal cross-functional team to drive the deliverables in different project phases. Ensure that the system solutions meet business needs on-time and on-budget.
-Translate business requirements to systems design and solution and deliver on time and on budget.
-Hands-on work is required in information gathering, documentation, designing, developing, and testing during implementation and maintaining the e-commerce platforms and other systems.
-Ensure application information and data security compliant in accordance to legal requirements (e.g. GDPR)
-Collaborate with different departments to ensure solutions and applications meet the business needs.
Who you are
Experience, business and technical skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer science or equivalent..
-10+ years of experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience of coding using Java, PHP, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Node.js
-Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Other business platforms, with the ability to build the formula fields, workflows, process of intermediate complexity.
-Hands-on implementation or development experience in retail applications is preferred, such as e-commerce (e.g. Shopify), CRM, POS, store portal, store PDA/iPad apps etc.
-Excellent project management, analytical, technical & implementation skills.
-Ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal and external, cross-functional groups.
