Here's the facts about the role:
As a multi-skilled plumber, you'll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance to our properties, supplies, and private appliances. You'll identify, diagnose, and rectify faults in appliances, and carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties, including carpentry and other skilled trades. The role involves some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device.
Requirements include a Level 2 qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent) with evidence provided at interview, and a strong background in a similar role. Due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of:
* Working at heights
* Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
* A high degree of mobility, including walking, lifting, loading, and unloading vehicles
A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is necessary to drive our vans. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check. Interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, 10th September, but are subject to change.

Location and Contract Details:
Contractually based in Basingstoke and working around North Hampshire. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week, including participation in the on-call rota.
