8. Attend valuations and win new instructions
9. Arrange and conduct property viewings
10. Cross-sell services where appropriate
11. Support sales progression as required
12. Assist in the day-to-day management and motivation of the team
13. Play an active role in driving business growth and performance
14. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
15. Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
16. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
17. Driven, motivated, and passionate about property
18. Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
19. A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
20. Highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude
21. Full UK driving licence
