You’llbalance daytoday HR operations withcontributing to a range ofpeople projectsperfect ifyou’reeager to broaden your experience and stretch your HR capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for employees and managers, offering clear, solutionfocused HR advice across the full lifecycle.
* Supporting on recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, performance, and leaversensuring a smooth, consistent employee experience.
* Contributing to engagement,wellbeingand culture initiatives, including surveys, feedbackanalysisand action planning.
* Helping to develop and embed policies, toolkits, and training to support managers and strengthen people practices.
* Making confident use of digital tools, HR systems and people data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
* Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to organisational priorities.
* Playing an active role in peoplecentric projects, helping us improve processes and embed new ways of working.
This is an exciting,handsonrole where your ideas and initiative will be welcomed and valued.This post is part time at 21 or 28 hours per week – we are open to the conversation around what working hours might fit best
