Job Overview
We are currently recruiting a Transaction Manager to join our busy and successful sales team in Lowestoft. You will be a confident communicator who pays particular attention to detail with excellent organisational and numerical skills.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the New and Used Car Sales Managers, you will work to set targets and KPIs to optimise sales volume and profitability whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work with customers and Sales Consultants to find the appropriate vehicle and financing method to meet their individual needs, while supporting the team with presenting a comprehensive range of owner protection packages.
Qualifications
* Experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Passion and drive for exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of FCA regulations relating to the sale of Finance and Insurance products.
* Competence in Microsoft packages.
* A full driving licence.
* A proven track record of success in retail motor sales ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
* The ability to coach and encourage the development of others.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. 5 day working week, day off in the week.
