Your next challenge
Pluxee UK is hiring a New Business Sales Manager to lead the recent launch and scale of a new employee experience platform proposition in the UK market.
This is a player–manager role where the majority of success is driven by personal new logo sales performance, alongside coaching and performance management of a team of four. The primary buyers are HR Directors, CFOs and CEOs in organisations upwards of 200+ employees, and the role requires careful management of multi-stakeholders across a variety of functions including financial, technical and security.
What you’ll be doing
This role owns the commercial success of the direct-to-customer sales, with the following key responsibilities:
* 1. Personal Revenue Ownership (Primary Focus)
o Own a significant personal new-business target
o Lead by example through prospecting, discovery, and closing
o Act as the benchmark for deal quality and sales discipline
o The role holder is expected to personally close circa +40% of the total team quota and maintain an active pipeline at all times and is focused on consultative mid-market selling, not transactional
* 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
o Manage and coach a team of four (SDR and Business Development Managers)
o Run weekly pipeline and deal reviews focused on close plans and accurate pipeline progression
o Set clear expectations around activity, conversion, & quality outputs
* 3. Platform Go-To-Market Execution
o Execute the GTM strategy for the new Pluxee platform, including feedback for ICP refinement, sales motion design and product-market validation through direct customer selling
o Ensure consistent messaging, pricing discipline, and ICP adherence
o Feed market insight / competitor activity back to product and marketing teams to enable better decision making
* 4. Pipeline Quality & Forecast Ownership
o Maintain accurate pipeline across personal and team deals in CRM
o Enforce qualification standards (e.g. BANT) and CRM accuracy
o Forecast revenue with credibility
* 5. Cross-Functional Alignment
o Align with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer experience levels
o Ensure deals are onboarded, retainable, and scalable
Who we're looking for
Pluxee is an inclusive team with a shared passion for employee experience. You’ll be the ideal match for this role if you have:
* 6+ years B2B new business sales experience in employee / prepaid market
* Proven top-quartile individual contributor performance
* Experience managing a small sales team while carrying quota
* Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills
* Mid/Large market sales experience (200–1500 employees)
* Strong c suite communications skills
