The Role
We are seeking Social Care Wales registered Senior Key Workers who are proficient in medication administration.
As a Senior Key Worker, you will:
* Provide guidance and supervision to colleagues.
* Deliver and monitor care in line with individual care plans.
* Safely administer medication and ensure accurate record keeping.
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in all aspects of daily living.
* Support residents with community engagement, meaningful activities, and personal goals.
* Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
* Act as a role model for best practice, addressing concerns confidently and professionally.

What We're Looking For
* Current Social Care Wales registration (essential).
* Proficiency in medication administration.
