Private Client Solicitor/legal Executive, 1+ Years PQE, Devon, GBP (DOE): As a valid member of the private client department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, while helping to drive business development and support the ongoing growth and training of the team. JOB REF: TL2323
The Role
* Lead on a broad caseload including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
* Advise clients on inheritance tax and trust/estate-related tax issues.
* Draft and review complex legal documentation.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
* Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships across West Staffordshire.
Skills Required
* Applications sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
* A strong background in Trusts and Estates law, including tax planning and trust administration.
* Proven experience in growing a private client offering and building a client base.
* Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
