We are seeking a dynamic Social & Marketing Manager to drive Temu’s brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube/Shorts, Pinterest, and X. You will develop and execute channel strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns that align with Temu’s flash sales, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
Responsibilities
* Build and execute platform-specific strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions on social channels.
* Develop monthly content calendars aligned with Temu promotions, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.
* Define audience segments, brand positioning, tone of voice, and creative pillars to ensure consistent messaging.
* Implement and track Temu referral/attribution links to measure performance and inform cross-channel tactics.
* Collaborate with Temu operations on inventory, pricing, coupons, and deal timing to maximize ROAS and avoid stockouts.
* Partner with design to maintain brand consistency across social media, product listings, storefronts, and ads.
Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, with the ability to create culturally relevant, professional content for diverse audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating compelling, audience-driven content.
* Proven experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
