About the Role:
We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaderto oversee our repalletisation operations and lead a team of 20 warehouse operatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20 warehouse operatives in daily repalletisation tasks
2. Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
3. Plan and delegate work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
