Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Adult Learning Service is seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking, and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a talented team, ensuring high-quality provision and the achievement of organisational targets. As part of our senior management team, you'll play a central role in shaping and expanding our Skills for Life and ESOL programmes, helping to strengthen opportunities for adults across our communities.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in project management
* A strong track record of working with disadvantaged communities across varied settings
* A relevant adult teaching qualification
* A UCPD Level 4/5 in Literacy and/or Numeracy
