 
        
        Responsibilities
 * Build and nurture relationships with both existing clients and new prospects
 * Design compliant, effective Fire & Life Safety systems aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards
 * Consistently achieve monthly and annual targets for installation value, gross margin, and recurring revenue
 * Lead proactive business development initiatives within your territory
 * Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to support short and long-term success
 * Strong technical understanding of either Fire Systems or Security Systems
 * Familiarity with British Standards in fire safety (FIA certification is a plus, not a must)
 * A background in technical sales or hands-on engineering experience with a desire to move into sales
 * Solid planning, territory management, and consultative selling skills
 * Full UK driving licence
