The Role:
Take responsibility for site operations, maintenance, and safety leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.
What Youll Do:
* Oversee maintenance, security, and cleaning
* Manage site staff and allocate work
* Conduct inspections and repairs
* Liaise with contractors and support projects
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in site supervision, caretaking, or facilities management
* Strong DIY and maintenance skills
* Confident communicator and team leader
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
* (Desirable) School or multi-site experience, First Aid trained
